Are you ready to bring your passion for music into your work?

What you need to know before applying to YBM:

Non-Competition

Joining our team means you cannot concurrently hold a position at a competing business. And we work together to provide you the opportunities to work as much as you would like to!

Starting Out Can Take Time

It can take time to build up a student roster after training. This is true of any music school, but we think it’s important to be clear from the get-go.

Opportunities Galore

We have many paid opportunities to learn and grow. We’re seeking enthusiastic folks who approach new challenges with an open mind.

Serious(ly fun) Applicants Only

We’re a pretty dedicated bunch of folks. We’re looking for team members who are excited to become part of this community and help us build it in the long-term!

Clear Communication

We are growing, and that means we love to chat and keep our team up-to-date. Clear communication is at the foundation of what we do.

Your schedule with us — which days you work — will be permanent throughout the year. This makes it easy to have routines and feel comfortable in your new position.
